A practitioner’s framework for moving past AI experimentation to organization-wide transformation — on sale August 15, 2026.
LISBON, Portugal — Sub-Etha Press today announced 42: The AI Builder’s Stack — From First Prompt to Full Transformation, the debut book from Dennis Vorobyov, CEO and co-founder of the software engineering studio EltexSoft. The book publishes August 15, 2026 in hardcover ($39.99), paperback ($24.99), and Kindle ebook ($9.99).
Artificial intelligence is no longer a tool for specialists; it is becoming the operating system for modern organizations. Yet most teams never move beyond experimentation — they write prompts, test chatbots, automate a few tasks, and wonder why transformation never arrives. 42: The AI Builder’s Stack lays out a practical framework for how AI capabilities build on one another, from foundational prompting to workflows, automation, knowledge systems, agents, and organization-wide change.
Across 22 chapters, Vorobyov goes zero-to-deep on the working stack — terminal setup, database architecture, deployment pipelines, agentic workflows, voice AI, code-review automation, and the geopolitics most guides won’t touch — with real configurations, real benchmarks, and the candid opinions of someone shipping software for a living. In keeping with the imprint’s editorial stance, the book carries no sponsors and no affiliate links.
The book grew directly out of Vorobyov’s own experience. He moved his family to Lisbon and reorganized EltexSoft’s operations while Russia’s full-scale war on Ukraine was ongoing in 2022; by mid-2023 he had reworked roughly 90% of the company’s workflows around AI. “This book is what I learned,” he says.
Dennis Vorobyov is the CEO and co-founder of EltexSoft, a boutique software engineering studio he built from scratch in 2015 to a team of 35–50 engineers. EltexSoft has shipped 100+ projects for clients from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 enterprises, with teams in the United States, Portugal, and Ukraine. 42: The AI Builder’s Stack is his first book.
